AMAZON PPC + SEO OPTIMIZATION

I need someone who can:

Do keyword research, turning on PPC for product launch and maintaining ongoing campaign after launching, backend and listing optimization (SEO).

Looking for someone who HIGHLY experienced in this field and willing to work for long term (at least 3 months). The candidate must know about amazon algorithm updates and must speak English well.

I will pay fixed monthly fees. I only have 1 product to manage with 3 SKUs.
