JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Amazon specialist to take full ownership of our case management and listing health.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and knows how to resolve cases, catalog issues, and listing errors quickly and effectively. One of our main challenges is that several child ASINs under the same parent are not properly sharing reviews due to mismatched product information and catalog inconsistencies.

This person will be responsible for opening and managing Amazon cases, following up until issues are fully resolved, reviewing our product listings, and ensuring all information is accurate and consistent across parent and child ASINs.

This is a full-time position for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, persistent, and skilled at navigating Amazon’s systems. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can take ownership of issues and move quickly to get results.
