AJAX User Interface Programmer

I have some complicated Javascript/HTML UI work to be done for a single page tabbed web application.

The "AngularJS" MVC Javascript framework has been chosen.

Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript is a must.
Good front-end design skills are desired.

Knowledge of AngularJS is a plus but not required.
A willingness and ability to learn is enough.

Server-side will be REST web services using Rails.

Knowledge of databases and server-side scripting languages is a plus.
