AI Workflow & Automation Developer

We are looking for a full-time AI Workflow & Automation Developer who can become the main technical person in our company.

You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving automations, AI workflows, dashboards, admin panels, API connections, and WhatsApp automation flows. We are not tied to one specific tool. You can use the tools you think are best, as long as the solution works well, is reliable, and can be maintained.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, APIs, webhooks, databases, WhatsApp automation, and basic coding. Coding experience is a big plus, especially with JavaScript, Python, API integrations, and backend logic.

You will not only build new systems, but also maintain them, fix issues when something breaks, improve existing workflows, and help us make our operations faster and more automated.

Responsibilities:
- Build AI workflows and automation systems
- Connect different tools using APIs and webhooks
- Build and maintain dashboards and admin panels
- Create WhatsApp automation flows
- Maintain and fix automations when something breaks
- Think along with us about the best technical solution
- Work fast, independently, and communicate clearly

Requirements:
- Very good English communication skills
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make.com,
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Basic coding skills, preferably JavaScript and/or Python
- Able to work independently and solve problems
- Reliable, responsive, and available for 30–40 hours per week
- Experience with WhatsApp automations is a plus, but you can also learn this

We are looking for someone long-term who can become the technical automation developer of the company. Good communication, speed, and reliability are very important to us.
