We leverage modern technologies—especially platforms like HighLevel (GHL)—to streamline marketing, sales, and service delivery. We’re looking for a skilled AI Specialist & Developer to help build, integrate, and optimize intelligent systems across our business.

Position Overview:
As our AI Specialist & Developer, you will play a key role in developing applications and tools that leverage AI. You’ll work with Large Language Models (LLMs), develop intelligent workflows within HighLevel (GoHighLevel/GHL), build user interfaces, and connect systems like CRMs and databases through automation and code. Your work will directly impact how we use AI to improve efficiency, user experience, and business outcomes.

The position is part-time with a very flexible schedule and competitive compensation. As our business grows, there will be a possibility of the right person growing into a full-time employee. You’ll work closely with stakeholders (specifically, the Chief Operating and Technology Officer) to deliver custom AI solutions using the latest technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI applications using LLMs (Large Language Models) such as GPT-4, optimizing for specific business tasks like chatbots, content generation, and process automation.
- Build intelligent workflows and automations within HighLevel (GoHighLevel/GHL), integrating AI models into lead nurturing, campaign flows, and client-facing automations.
- Build intuitive, human-centric AI experiences using Vibe Coding principles that focus on tone, behavior, and conversational design.
- Utilize Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding platforms to expedite development and code optimization for AI-related projects.
- Integrate and manage the OpenAI API, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and deploying AI agents that align with business objectives.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain database functionality to support AI tools and applications, including data storage, retrieval, transformation, and analytics.
- Use JavaScript (JS), HTML, and React to build responsive and intelligent user interfaces for both internal tools and customer-facing platforms and connecting backend systems and APIs.
- Develop seamless CRM integrations to connect AI workflows with customer data, sales processes, and marketing systems, ensuring AI tools enhance and interact with customer data in real time..
- Design and implement AI automation solutions across business operations to streamline business operations, improve decision-making, reduce manual workload, and deliver AI-driven customer solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with HighLevel (GoHighLevel/GHL), including automation workflows, pipelines, triggers, API integration, and AI development and training.
- Proven proficiency in developing with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and implementing AI automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI workflows and AI automation in real-world applications.
- Experience with Cursor or similar AI-powered development tools.
- Familiarity with Vibe Coding and how to design AI interactions with personality, tone, and consistency.
- Strong front-end development skills with JavaScript, HTML, and React.
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL, or similar) and integrating backend data with front-end AI interfaces.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and how to integrate with various tools.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API and prompt engineering.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, manage projects, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI-driven solutions in HighLevel (GHL).
- Experience creating and deploying AI agents for production environments.
- Experience with data privacy compliance and ethical use of AI.
- Understanding of data privacy, ethics in AI, and responsible AI development.
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n for external automation and third-party integrations.
