**Job Description — AI Platform Engineer (Full-Time, Remote)**

Catalyst Channel Group is an AI company that builds and deploys AI operating systems for small and mid-market businesses across healthcare, legal, insurance, and local services. We are growing fast and looking for a dedicated AI Platform Engineer to own the technical delivery of every client deployment.

This is not a support role. You are the person who builds, configures, and ships the product our clients pay for every month.

**What you will do every day:**

Configure and deploy AI voice agents that answer real business phone calls 24/7 using Bland AI and Insighto. Build AI chatbots trained on each client's business data using CustomGPT and Stammer. Create multi-step automation workflows in Make.com that connect CRM, calendars, billing, and communication tools so entire business processes run without any human involvement. Integrate client systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data mapping. Build and maintain client-facing dashboards in GoHighLevel and Retool that show real-time business performance. Write and optimize AI prompts that control how voice agents and chatbots respond, qualify leads, and handle conversations. Test and troubleshoot every deployment before it goes live. Clone and customize proven templates for each new client to keep deployment times fast.

**Tools you will work with daily:**

GoHighLevel, Make.com, Bland AI, Insighto, CustomGPT, Stammer, Supabase, OpenAI APIs, Retool, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON.

**What we need from you:**

Experience with GoHighLevel — sub-accounts, pipelines, workflows, automations, calendars. Experience with Make.com or n8n — building multi-step workflows with webhooks, API calls, and conditional logic. Comfortable working with REST APIs, JSON, and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript. Ability to learn new AI tools fast and figure things out independently. Attention to detail — every deployment must work before the client sees it. Reliable, communicates clearly, meets deadlines without being chased.

**Bonus skills (not required but valued):**

Bland AI or Insighto voice agent configuration. CustomGPT or Stammer chatbot building. Prompt engineering experience. Retool or React dashboard experience. Database experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL.

**Details:**

Full-time remote. 40 hours per week. $1,200/month starting with performance-based increases. Long-term position with growth.
