AI E-Commerce Video Editor (Direct Response & E-com Ads)

E-Commerce AI Video Editor — Full-Time / Remote

We're an e-commerce brand looking for an AI-forward video editor who can produce content that holds attention and drives conversions.

What We Need

Someone who edits for watch time and retention. You understand pacing, hooks, and why people keep watching. You're comfortable using AI tools to work fast: HeyGen, Higgsfield, Kling, Veo 3, Seedance, Nano Banana Pro, Fish Audio, or ElevenLabs. Vmake experience is a bonus.

You can work across multiple formats — VSLs, UGC mashups, hook variations — and you understand what makes each one work differently. You edit for retention and conversions, not just to make something look good.

The Output

3-5 minutes of finished footage delivered every day. We provide scripts and inspiration ads. Your job is to study the editing style, match the energy and pacing, and bring it to life using AI avatars and b-roll. No hand-holding beyond that.

This is a long-term, full-time role. We want reliability and consistency.

Pay

$800USD/mo + cash bonuses for every winning ad that scales (roughly ~$1,000USD per month total compensation for good performance & bonuses).
