AI-Driven Full Stack Developer (VoIP, CRM, NLP/LLMs)

We’re building a next-generation business VoIP platform with integrated CRM and advanced AI features—transcription, sentiment analysis, and AI-powered call handling.

This is a long-term opportunity to work with a well-established VoIP provider that’s building a modern, AI-enhanced solution from the ground up using open-source tools.

You’ll work on everything from the CRM frontend to embedded WebRTC softphone to integrating AI tools that make calls smarter and more insightful.

Responsibilities:

Develop a custom CRM using React (or Next.js) and Node.js or Python

Embed a browser-based VoIP softphone using JsSIP or SIP.js

Create AI-powered features including:

Call transcription with Whisper (local or API)

Sentiment analysis using LLMs or Hugging Face models

Natural-language call summaries (OpenAI, Claude, or Mixtral via API)

Document-based IVR using LangChain or LlamaIndex (RAG pipelines)


Design clean user dashboards for call logs, summaries, QA monitoring, and analytics

Structure scalable backend services with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker

Optionally assist with DevOps and deployment pipelines (Portainer, Watchtower, CI)

AI Tech Stack You Should Know or Be Willing to Learn:

LLMs: OpenAI (GPT-4), Claude, or open models via Hugging Face

STT: Whisper, Deepgram, or Coqui STT

NLP: LangChain, LlamaIndex, sentence-transformers

Vector Databases: ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate

RAG Pipelines: Chunking, embedding, and search-based Q&A

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong full-stack experience (React/Next.js + Node.js or Python)

Experience with VoIP (Asterisk, FreePBX, or Kazoo/2600Hz)

Familiar with WebRTC, SIP.js or JsSIP

Comfortable with Dockerized environments

Past work on AI/ML/NLP projects, chatbots, or speech interfaces

Bonus: Familiarity with multi-tenant app architecture
