AI Data Trainer (Train Interactive AI Agents)

As an AI Data Trainer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your intelligence and experience is what matters.

Compensation & Structure:
The compensation for this role is task-based at $3.00 per fully completed and signed-off task. Once you have familiarized yourself with the project and are fully up to speed, our top workers comfortably submit 3 tasks per hour, translating to a $9.00/hour target yield.

To ensure project quality, payouts are split into two milestones:
1. $1.50 is released immediately upon our internal review and sign-off. Average internal sign-off time is within 48 hours of submission.
2. $1.50 is released upon final end-client sign-off (usually within 30 days).

The Role & Workflow:
As an expert, your responsibilities are to:
- Source a real visual input from within your domain of expertise (professional or personal), such as an image, chart, or diagram.
- Include an accompanying difficult question to test the AI models against. The question you include will usually involve multiple steps of reasoning in order to meet the difficulty threshold required.
- Write a correct answer or ideal response to the question. This response will be used as a bechmark for the AI models.
