About Us
We're a U.S. residential construction company that builds remodels and additions. We run lean and we move fast. We use AI heavily to save time on estimating, proposals, client communication, and internal operations. We're looking for someone who can take our ideas and actually build them—turning "Wouldn't it be nice if..." into working tools and automations.

You won't be doing construction. You'll be the person who makes the business run smarter behind the scenes.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain AI agents and workflows (using tools like Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, Manus Ai, and prompt-based automations) to handle estimating help, proposal drafting, client email, and internal Q&A.
Build complex web apps, internal tools, and dashboards — things like proposal generators, estimating calculators, and reporting views. We have lots of these built and need to make them more robust and user-friendly.
Handle data and documents: clean up data, build templates, connect our tools together, and generate reports.
Connect the apps we already use (email, spreadsheets, CRM, project management) so information flows automatically instead of by hand.
Take a rough idea from us, ask smart questions, and turn it into something that works — then improve it over time.
Who We're Looking For
We care more about what you can build than about years on a resume. This is a strong fit for someone earlier in their career who is genuinely skilled with AI tools and eager to grow.

Required:

Comfortable writing and debugging code (JavaScript/Python or similar). You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you should be able to build a working tool on your own.
Real hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build things — not just chat with them.
Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) OR the ability to script integrations via APIs.
Able to work independently, figure things out, and communicate clearly in written English.
Reliable internet and a work setup that supports full-time remote work.

Nice to Have (not required):

Experience building web apps or dashboards (React, simple front-ends, no-code/low-code tools).
Familiarity with spreadsheets/data cleanup and document generation.
Any exposure to construction, real estate, or estimating (a bonus, not a must).
Experience with tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, or CRMs.
