Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Salary: Php100,000 – Php160,000 per month (based on experience)

We are a growing U.S.-based company looking for a high-performing AI Automation Engineer / Senior Programmer who can build real automation systems that improve how our business operates.

This is not a junior programming role. We are looking for someone who can solve problems, design systems, and build automation that replaces manual work.

If you know how to connect APIs, build automation workflows, and use AI tools to streamline operations, this role may be a great fit.

This is a long-term remote position for a Philippines-based developer who wants to work directly with a U.S. company.

>> What You Will Be Doing
Design and build AI-powered automation systems
Develop scripts, integrations, and internal tools that eliminate repetitive work
Connect APIs, databases, and automation platforms
Identify manual processes and replace them with automation
Work directly with leadership to implement automation solutions
Improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency

>>Required Skills
2–5 years programming experience
Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Experience building automation workflows or internal tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to take an idea and turn it into a working automation system

>> Bonus Experience (Strong Advantage)
Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning APIs
Experience building automation for business operations
Knowledge of cloud platforms or automation platforms
Experience integrating multiple systems and APIs

Php100,000 – Php160,000 monthly salary depending on experience

Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Must use a dedicated work computer for company work

Must be willing to follow system security policies and monitoring tools

Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
CPU: 4th Generation Intel i5 or higher / Ryzen equivalent
Stable internet connection minimum 50 Mbps
Backup internet is highly preferred
