Advanced Website Developer (WordPress Expert)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating at least 1 high-quality website per day from scratch. You will have full access to WordPress, premium plugins, and support with hosting plans and domains provided by us.

This role requires not only technical expertise but also creativity to design custom website layouts, create logos, and produce graphic content (e.g., Canva designs) for specific projects. Strong communication and SEO optimization skills are a must to ensure every website delivers exceptional performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Build fully functional websites from scratch using WordPress (minimum 1 website/day).
Import, customize, and create themes or build custom designs as needed.
Design original website elements such as logos, headers, and banners (using tools like Canva if necessary).
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
Implement on-page SEO (meta titles, meta descriptions, keyword optimization, etc.).
Collaborate with the team to understand project needs and make necessary adjustments.
Troubleshoot, test, and debug websites before project completion.
Deliver creative, custom, and modern designs that align with client goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in WordPress development (portfolio of websites is required).
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress theme customization.
Ability to create custom websites without relying solely on templates.
Strong graphic design skills and experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Experience creating logos, banners, and other digital assets for projects.
Proficiency in on-page SEO and understanding of current SEO best practices.
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
