Zoom Interviewer – U.S. Based Role Screening

Job Description:
We’re looking for a professional, well-spoken female interviewer to help us conduct Zoom interviews with applicants for roles based in the USA.

You’ll be responsible for:

Hosting Zoom interviews using a script and evaluation criteria we provide

Taking detailed notes and submitting written feedback after each call

Ensuring qualified candidates move smoothly through our hiring pipeline

Communicating clearly and warmly with job applicants

All candidates will already have submitted resumes and confirmed interest, your role is to speak with them and assess fit.

You do not need to source or recruit applicants, just conduct interviews.

Type of Employment:
Full-Time

Wage/Salary:
$750–$950 USD/month, depending on experience.

Long-term work available based on consistency, professionalism, and communication skills.

Desired Hours Per Week:
Availability during North American business hours (EST/PST) is required.

Requirements:
Female voice/interviewer preferred

Confident and friendly on Zoom interviews

Reliable internet connection and quiet background

Organized, professional, and detail-oriented

Clear, neutral English accent (must be easy to understand for U.S. candidates)

Past experience with interviewing, customer service, or sales is a plus

Note:
This role is open to applicants who can comfortably speak with North American candidates via Zoom.
We’ll provide all materials: interview guides, scripts, and training.
You just need to bring professionalism, confidence, and clear communication.
