Job Type: Project Based (with an option for full-time work after successful project execution)


Connected Australia is seeking a talented and experienced Zoho Expert/Developer to join our team and lead the integration and optimization of Zoho applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Integration Project:
-Review existing blueprints and workflows.
-Strategize the integration of the production tracker into Zoho to generate required reports.
-Provide recommendations for workflow and blueprint improvements.
-Optimize Desk reporting for enhanced efficiency.

Ongoing Zoho Management:
-Manage and maintain Zoho applications, ensuring optimal performance.
-Implement improvements and enhancements as needed.
-Conduct API integrations and support marketing efforts.
-Enhance functionality and user experience in Zoho People.

Reporting:
-Generate regular reports to meet business needs.
-Customize reports as required.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in Zoho CRM and Desk.
- Experience in API integrations.
- Familiarity with Zoho People.

Business Acumen:
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements.
- Translate requirements into effective Zoho solutions.

Training and Documentation:
- Conduct staff training on new processes and improvements in Zoho.
- Document procedures for future ---------- munication Skills:
- Strong English communication, comprehension, and delivery skills.

Soft Skills:
- Proactive approach, reliability, and integrity.
- Strong project management and responsiveness.
- Ability to work efficiently during AEST hours
