Zoho Developer (CRM + Creator + Analytics + Client Portal)

We’re Healthwise Benefits Advisory, a Canadian health insurance brokerage helping business owners across the country build smart, sustainable employee benefit plans. We’re growing fast and building out our internal tech stack using Zoho One. We’re looking for an experienced Zoho Developer who can also support WordPress development for our client-facing portal and site integration needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Building a Custom Zoho Creator Client Portal from scratch
Build a secure, user-friendly UI
Set up client login access with customized views per company, high attention to detail
Display policies, documents, renewal history, and quote data
Connect Creator records to Zoho CRM modules
Advanced Zoho CRM Development
Customize modules, create automation workflows, and build multiple sub-modules
Connect CRM data to both Creator and Analytics portals
Track referrals, onboarding progress, and plan design data
Knowledge in Zoho Analytics Reporting and Data Modelling
Create custom data models and dashboards for both internal use and external client views
Integrate Analytics with CRM and Creator for real-time reporting
Use role-based access to restrict what clients can view
WordPress Development and Zoho CRM connection
Support design and updates to our WordPress website
Maintain visual consistency between WordPress and Creator portals
Documentation of all processes/SOPs
Provide clear documentation of architecture and workflows
Record Loom videos or written SOPs for key tools and automations

REQUIREMENTS
4+ years experience with Zoho One, including Creator, CRM, and Analytics
Ability to build custom Zoho Creator portals with secure logins
Strong Deluge scripting and CRM customization skills
Experience building data dashboards in Zoho Analytics
Proven WordPress development experience (including theme/template edits)
Solid English communication skills
Comfortable working independently and giving progress updates
Must be available for at least 2–3 hours of overlap in Pacific Time (PST)
