The Zoho Developer Assistant is responsible for assisting in Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho Report developments for a Medical Device Manufacturer Tracking System. This involves keeping an audit proof record of code and developments. The Developer Assistant will work with the Quality Director to manage tracking processes remotely on the production floor.
This is a remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Zoho Creator Application Support:
Assist in designing, developing, and modifying custom apps in Zoho Creator to support internal workflows including gown production, government contract deliverables, supplier inputs, and issue tracking.
Maintain and update form logic, record views, and reports as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or user-reported issues in live apps.
Data & Record Management:
Ensure seamless data flow between Zoho Creator forms and integrated modules.
Manage form permissions, data validations, and workflows for clean and compliant data records.
Help set up audit trails and maintain ISO-compliant documentation logs.
Workflow Automation:
Assist with scripting (Deluge) to automate manual processes (e.g., inventory updates, CAPA tracking, internal audits, and training logs).
Help configure reminder workflows for deadlines, reviews, or reporting periods.
User Support & Training:
Support internal users with basic training and troubleshooting.
Assist in documenting workflows and system updates for team clarity.
Integrations & System Enhancements:
Collaborate with the Quality Director and external partners to connect Zoho Creator to other platforms or modules (e.g., Zoho Analytics, CRM, or Formwork).
Support enhancement projects such as dashboards, Kanban inventory systems, and quality performance tracking.
