Zapier Automations Expert – for SmartScale AI Agency

We’re looking for a skilled automation expert who can build and manage powerful Zapier flows to connect our AI agency systems.
You’ll help us automate lead capture, CRM tagging, email flows and backend integrations with platforms like GoHighLevel, Instantly, Mailchimp, and Google Sheets.

You should be able to:

Build multi-step Zapier automations with filters, delays, and logic

Connect forms to GHL, Mailchimp, and Instantly

Tag contacts based on form data (e.g. sector, interest)

Create and test follow-up triggers

Build client-ready automations later for scaling

Bonus:
If you can document each flow in Notion or Loom, that’s a big plus.
