We're looking for a skilled YouTube video editor to join our team for long-term work editing documentary-style list videos similar to this style:

What You'll Be Editing
12–20 minute YouTube videos
Documentary/storytelling style
Fast-paced but clean editing
Historical TV shows, movies, celebrities, and pop culture
Scripts and voiceovers are provided
Responsibilities
Source high-quality B-roll, movie clips, TV footage, photos, and relevant visuals
Create engaging edits that maintain viewer retention
Add smooth transitions, motion graphics, zooms, and subtle animations
Include on-screen text, lower thirds, and callouts when appropriate
Add sound effects and background music that enhance the story
Color correct and mix audio professionally
Deliver videos in 1080p YouTube-ready format
Requirements
Experience editing documentary or faceless YouTube content
Strong understanding of pacing and viewer retention
Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus)
Ability to source copyright-safe visuals
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
