We're looking for a full-time video editor who can help take the channel to the next level through engaging storytelling and retention-focused editing.

Compensation

Base Salary: $1,100 USD/month

Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses based on:

Video performance
Retention metrics
Reliability and turnaround time
Creative contributions

Expected Total Compensation: $1,100 - $1,500+ USD/month

? Ability to organize footage and create a compelling story from raw clips
