YouTube Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

We run a growing network of YouTube channels and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join the team.

This is NOT a one-time project. This is a long-term, full-time position with consistent work and room to grow.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Write video scripts following our SOPs and prompt templates
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to assist with content creation
- Run our video generation software to produce videos
- Upload and schedule videos on YouTube (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
- Follow structured workflows and meet daily deadlines
- Communicate daily via ----------

REQUIREMENTS:
- PC or laptop (not a phone) with stable internet
- Strong English — reading and writing (you will double check scripts)
- Available 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Ability to follow detailed instructions without hand-holding
- Willing to learn

NICE TO HAVE (not required):
- Experience with YouTube (uploading, SEO, analytics)
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image generators)
- Basic understanding of video editing or content creation

COMPENSATION:
$300/month during probationary period (first 1-2 months)
Salary increase based on performance after probation
Performance bonuses based on output and video results
