YouTube Virtual Assistant – Channel Setup & Administration

We are looking for a reliable, intelligent, and proactive Virtual Assistant with youtube experience to help with the setup and administration of YouTube channels across our growing content business.

This is a YouTube administration role, not a video-editing position. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that new YouTube channels are created, branded, configured, organised, and prepared correctly using our training materials and SOPs.

We need someone who can follow instructions carefully while also thinking independently. You should be able to read between the lines, notice when something does not seem right, and ask questions rather than simply agreeing with everything.

## Main Responsibilities

* Set up new YouTube channels using our SOPs and training materials
* Configure all required YouTube channel settings correctly
* Use AI tools to create channel logos and banners according to our guidelines
* Set up approved proxies and browser profiles
* Warm up and prepare new YouTube channels
* Organise channel details, login information, and setup records
* Carry out quality-control checks before submitting completed work
* Report mistakes, concerns, or potential problems immediately
* Provide clear progress updates
* Assist with other YouTube administration tasks when required

* Have excellent attention to detail

* Be organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
* Be comfortable using AI tools
* Be willing to learn new software and online systems
* Be available during UK business hours or have strong GMT/BST overlap
* Have a reliable computer and internet connection
* Be comfortable attending Zoom or Google Meet calls
* Be capable of working independently once the process has been explained

Previous experience with YouTube, Canva, ChatGPT, AI image tools, proxies, or browser profiles is helpful, but it is not essential. Your attitude, communication, ability to learn, and attention to detail are more important.

You will be required to attend a video interview. During your first week, you will also work with me through Zoom or I will send you loom video training materials while learning our systems and processes.

## Salary

The salary is **$150 per month**

We may require additional help and more working hours as the business grows. Any increase in hours or responsibilities will, of course, be reflected in the salary.

There is an opportunity for this role to develop into a larger, long-term, full-time position for someone who proves themselves.
