Role Overview

We’re hiring a full-time YouTube editor who can produce 3 high-quality, long-form videos per day (20–30 minutes each) in a standard faceless format and design a matching thumbnail for each video. This is a long-term role with consistent pay and growth opportunities for the right person.

Responsibilities

Edit 3 long-form videos per day (each 20–30 minutes) for a faceless, news-driven channel

Research and compile relevant B-roll (stock footage, interviews, public event clips, etc.)

Add engaging elements: on-screen subtitles/captions, transitions, background music, and cinematic pacing

Design 1 high-impact, CTR-focused thumbnail per video (bold, emotional, YouTube-native style)

Meet daily deadlines and maintain an organized library of shared assets

Requirements

Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve

Thumbnail design skills in Photoshop or Canva

Fast internet and a capable editing system suitable for long-form projects

Basic English comprehension (voiceovers are in English)

Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and retention mechanics

Ability to work full-time (6 days/week) and consistently deliver 3 videos + 3 thumbnails daily

Nice to Have (Optional)

Experience with news/current-events content

Familiarity with royalty-free assets and basic audio mixing

Understanding of YouTube CTR/retention best practices
