YouTube Video Editor

Hello! I am in need of an EXCELLENT editor that can make content that has proven to succeed on YouTube. Please ONLY apply if you have experience with this style of content. ANY application that does not follow the below requirements will be IMMEDIATELY rejected. Thank you.

Reference Creators: Charlotte Dobre, Coop, FunkyFrogBait, 2 Danny 2 Furious, Cody & Ko, Haylo Hayley, Amala Ekpunobi
Platform: YouTube
Length: 12-30 minute completed videos with 20-50 minute raw footage
Budget: Up to $200 (11,500 PHP) per video
Videos per month: 10

I understand that asking for a 30-60 second sample edit, unpaid may not be ideal. Instead, link me the MOST succesful YouTube video you have edited and then I can see your work on full display and see how well it performed.

As these posts tend to get flooded with applications, if your work meets the standards of what I am looking for, I will ask you to create a sample video for me. I will provide 5 minutes of raw footage and I want to see how you edit it into the most captivating 30-60 second video intro you can make. I will pay you $20 (1,150 PHP) for this sample.

Once I get through all the samples I commission, I will make a choice on an editor and give you your first full video project.

I need someone who is able to work quickly, efficiently, and without issues like: internet failing, disappearing for days at a time without communication or updates on progress, etc.

I will ONLY consider applications that submit a YouTube link to a video they have edited THEMSELVES. I do not want links to anything else other than your BEST YouTube videos you have made that performed exceptionally well.

I communicate through ---------- , I share files through Google Drive, and I pay through PayPal when the video is complete. I cover all fees on PayPal so you don't lose payment from fees.

Being that this is a new channel, the budget is set to reflect the startup cost to get the channel off the ground. If the channel does well, you will get paid more. Your contribution to the success of the channel is rewarded with bonuses and higher pay. When the channel succeeds, you share in that success. That is my philosophy.

With that being said, I am looking for THE BEST editors. I am not looking for people who don't have experience and cannot provide a proven track record of highly succesful videos they've made for the YouTube platform.

Please do not apply for this position if you cannot meet the requirements of the referenced creators. I need someone who understands how to captivate with editing, not string together footage with no purpose. The story needs to be told, and the pacing, sound, music, all need to be dynamic and purposeful.
