YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Daily, Part-Time) — Photoshop + AI Image Tools

I run a fast-growing YouTube commentary channel posting daily, and I need a reliable thumbnail designer to produce my titles and thumbnails every day using a clear system I'll give you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY (about 1 hour):
- Produce ~4 finished thumbnails per day (two design directions per video)
- Generate the base thumbnail images using AI image tools (ChatGPT / DALL-E image generation) from reference photos I provide
- Finalize each thumbnail in Photoshop: resize to 1920x1080, position the face/eyes correctly, scale so the expression is bold and readable, use Generative Fill to extend backgrounds, export as high-quality JPG
- Lightly assist with title options using a guided AI prompt system (I'll show you exactly how)
- Keep everything on-brand using a fixed style reference I'll provide

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills — compositing, scaling, Generative Fill, clean exports
- Experience with AI image generation (ChatGPT image gen / DALL-E / Midjourney)
- A good eye for bold, high-contrast YouTube thumbnails with clear facial expressions
- Fast and consistent — this is a DAILY task, same turnaround every day
- Excellent written English and the ability to follow a detailed written SOP exactly
- Reliable and communicative

NICE TO HAVE:
- A portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (especially commentary / reaction / gaming style)
- Familiarity with what makes a thumbnail get clicks

DETAILS:
- ~1 hour per day, every day (~4 thumbnails/day)
- Part-time, ongoing, long-term role for the right person
- Full training + written SOP and style reference provided
- Pay: $8.50/hour USD (approx $255/month). Reliable weekly or bi-weekly payment.
(Open to a per-thumbnail rate instead if you prefer.)
