YouTube Shorts Creator & Animator (From Scripting to Post-Production)

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Creator and Animator to join our team. Your primary role will be to produce high-engagement YouTube Shorts from scratch.

We need someone who understands the "viral" nature of short-form content and can handle the entire production pipeline.

Your Responsibilities:

Scriptwriting: Crafting engaging, fast-paced scripts designed to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.

Animation/Editing: Creating high-quality visual content, including 2D/3D animations, motion graphics, or high-end dynamic editing.

Full Production: Taking a concept from an initial idea to a polished, "ready-to-post" vertical video (9:16).

Trend Awareness: Staying up to date with YouTube trends and sounds to maximize reach.

Compensation & Schedule:

Base Salary: $5.00 per hour ($600 USD per month).

Hours: 30 hours per week (120 hours per month).

Commission: There is high potential to earn additional commission based on a percentage of the revenue generated by the videos you produce.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: A portfolio or reel specifically showing YouTube Shorts or short-form animations.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cao Cut AI tools or similar.

English Proficiency: Strong written English skills for scriptwriting and on-screen captions.
