YouTube Channel Style
The Ideal Candidate
- Retention Expert: You understand YouTube pacing and how to hit 79%+ retention in the first 30 seconds.
- Elite Researcher: You find rare, underrated, or viral gems beyond YouTube/TikTok (Reddit, archives, podcasts).
- Visual Storyteller: You use narration to build tension and curiosity, letting the clips provide the payoff.
- Highly Organized: You are comfortable managing a pipeline independently.
Deliverables Per Video
- Clip Approval List: A Google Sheet featuring links and a short description of why each clip was chosen.
- Full Script: Punchy, natural narration with micro-hooks every 10–15 seconds.
- Editor-Ready Pack: A script embedded with timestamps, links, and a clear structure for the editor to follow.
- Voiceover: Generated via ElevenLabs (access provided) and delivered as a final asset.
Workflow & Tools
- Trello: Mandatory for tracking script status and managing your pipeline without reminders.
- Google Sheets: Used for clip listing and approval workflows.
- ElevenLabs: Used for final narration production.

The Five-Point Clip Test
Every clip must:

Compensation
- Fixed Base Rate: Agreed upon upfront per script.
- Performance Bonuses: Bonuses for videos that significantly overperform.
- Long-term Growth: Potential for revenue-share partnerships for the right person.
How to Apply
Please submit the following:
- Portfolio: Examples of similar work and the first minute of 3 scripts you’ve written.
- Process: Explain how you find rare clips (tools, sources, and methods).
- Logistics: Your rate per script and typical turnaround time.
Before anything we would need a sample:
- Write a short opening (3 clips + narration) for a video titled: "Robin Williams Made Every Interview Impossible to Control."
Note: The sample must follow our 5-step structure: Intro the celebrity -> Define the angle -> "From X to Y" hook -> Create curiosity -> Hit the first clip fast.
