YouTube Script Writer & Video Research Specialist

We’re looking for a YouTube Script Writer & Video Research Specialist to support a talking-head YouTube channel in the make-money-online and niche.

This role is research-driven and clarity-focused. You’ll be responsible for researching topics, structuring ideas, and writing engaging YouTube scripts that are designed to hold attention and sound natural when spoken on camera.

What you’ll do:

Research topics, trends, and competitor videos in the make-money-online space

Write 2–3 talking-head YouTube scripts per week

Create strong hooks, clear structure, and compelling conclusions

Turn complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives

Collaborate on video ideas, angles, and titles when needed

What we’re looking for:

Strong research skills and critical thinking

Clear, conversational writing that works for talking-head videos

Understanding of YouTube pacing and audience retention

Ability to hit deadlines consistently

Prior experience writing YouTube scripts (samples required)

Nice to have (not required):

Experience in the make-money-online, business, or creator niche

Familiarity with YouTube analytics or retention metrics
