YouTube Script Writer (Human Writer Only – No AI) | Educational & Motivational Stickman Channel

We’re building a long-term YouTube channel focused on story-driven educational and motivational stickman content. We’re looking for a creative and skilled Script Writer who can write engaging scripts that keep viewers watching from beginning to end.

Important: We are NOT looking for AI-generated scripts. We want a real human writer with strong storytelling ability, creativity, emotional understanding, and audience retention skills.

Your job will be to create highly engaging scripts around topics such as:

• Self-improvement
• Life lessons
• Educational topics
• Psychology
• Motivational stories
• Interesting real-life concepts and ideas

Responsibilities:

• Write engaging 8–15 minute YouTube scripts
• Create strong hooks that grab attention in the first seconds
• Keep viewer retention high throughout the video
• Structure scripts with smooth pacing and storytelling
• Research topics when needed
• Follow the style and direction of the channel
• Revise scripts based on feedback

Requirements:

• Human-written work only (No ChatGPT or AI-generated scripts)
• Strong English writing skills
• Experience writing YouTube scripts is preferred
• Understanding of viewer retention and storytelling
• Ability to create emotional, engaging, and entertaining content
• Reliable communication
• Ability to work long-term
