We need a script writer who knows reality TV drama AND YouTube's rules inside out.
Our channel covers Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef, and cooking shows. We don't roast contestants or kiss Gordon Ramsay's ass. We tell the real story and let viewers d
**The Job:**
Write scripts for Hell's Kitchen recaps and "Where Are They Now" videos. Your scripts need to work as narration AND tell our video editor what footage to use. You'll dodge YouTube's copyright system while keeping viewers hooked.
**Must-Haves:**
• You've written TV recap scripts before (show us examples)
• You know YouTube's Content ID and copyright rules
• You can track down people online even when they barely exist
• You write stories that show what happened, not just tell it
• You can make a kitchen argument feel real on the page
• You write like people talk, not like an essay
**You're Right For This If:**
- You actually watch Hell's Kitchen and remember episodes
- You read your scripts out loud to check if they sound natural
- You can research for hours to find one good fact
- You follow instructions and don't get pissy about feedback
**The Reality:**
- We have detailed SOPs and training videos
- You handle the research AND writing
- We pay for finished scripts, not drafts we have to fix
- This is freelance work with steady assignments if you're good
- Speed matters but getting facts right matters more
**Deal Breakers:**
- Using AI to write for you
- Adding fluff to make scripts longer
- Getting defensive when we ask for changes
- Writing "Hey guys, welcome back!" intros
**Test Required:**
You'll write a paid test script. This shows if you can actually do what we need.
