WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Operations Project Manager who will manage up to 10 YouTube clients and be a part of a project team with various responsibilities including:

Work with the Project Strategist to manage video tasks, and assign video editors, thumbnail designers, and content curators to videos, descriptions, titles, thumbnails, and marketing funnels.

Minor editing revisions of project videos.

Task time management, proofing, content uploading, optimizing video, uploading, and scheduling videos, and other various tasks as assigned.

Research & Strategy. Assist the Project Strategist in title research and content strategy for the latest trends and cross-referencing proven data and create video scripts for the clients.

Review Edited Videos. Proof edited YouTube videos, descriptions, titles, and thumbnails prior to release for obvious errors that need revision including but not limited to grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and ---------- munication. Collaborating and communicating regularly internal team with updates and revisions through the program Asana, Voxer, and Slack. Relaying information fluidly from client to team and vice versa.

-Mastered the English language
-Excellent English writing and oral communication skills
-Video editing/image editing experience
-Skilled in writing copy that implements SEO in its content
-Creative video scriptwriter with the knowledge of a script layout
-Exceptional proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
-Professional experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Able to work well independently & successfully as part of a team
-Familiarity with main social media platforms, especially YouTube
-Knowledge of Google GSuite, YouTube (a must), and Asana (preferred)
