We are looking for a talented YouTube editor to help grow a personal brand in the social skills, confidence, dating, self-improvement and lifestyle niche.

This is NOT a basic editing job.

We are looking for someone who understands:

* Viewer retention
* Storytelling
* Pacing
* Zooms and motion graphics
* Sound design
* B-roll
* Modern YouTube editing

Reference styles:

* Iman Gadzhi
* Alex Hormozi
* Ali Abdaal
* Modern documentary style

Your responsibilities:

* Edit 8-15 minute YouTube videos
* Add engaging B-roll
* Add subtitles when needed
* Improve pacing and retention
* Create a polished final product ready to upload

Requirements:

* Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
* Strong internet connection
* Good English communication
* Previous YouTube editing experience
* Ability to meet deadlines
