YouTube Clip Finder / Video Researcher For Compilation Channel

Are you someone who loves discovering viral ---------- nts and turning them into engaging short videos? We're looking for a Video Clip Curator to help us source top-tier content for our YouTube Shorts channels.

Your job? Spot high-potential clips, track down original footage, and help fuel viral content across our platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Research and find 35–60 second clips that are interesting, high-quality, and visually clean
- Identify great ---------- nts hidden inside long-form content or compilations
- Source original versions of trending videos when needed

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

- Have a sharp eye for engaging visual content
- Are quick, communicative, and consistent
- Know how to dig through platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit
- Understand what makes a YouTube Short perform well

1 completed script is 70 clips, we add the most entertaing / newer clips at the start of the video, we call these clips "hidden gems" are people havnt seen them, then add the more oversued clips towards end of the video.
