YouTube Automation Specialist – Notion + Make + Apify Expert (Content Scraper & Script Builder)

We're hiring a YouTube automation expert to help build an advanced content engine using Notion, Boost.space (powered by ---------- ), Apify, and ChatGPT. This project automates the process of discovering, analyzing, and scripting top-performing YouTube videos to save hours of research and unlock viral content opportunities.

You’ll replicate a proven system that:

Scrapes high-performing YouTube videos from competitor channels

Automatically sends the video data into Notion (views, likes, title, etc.)

Triggers further analysis for “winner” videos:

Full transcript extraction via Apify

Research summary + custom prompts through ChatGPT

HTML formatting ? Google Docs output

Sends research summaries and Google Docs links back into Notion

Responsibilities:

Build and configure a Notion database for video idea management

Set up Apify actors to scrape YouTube channel data and transcripts

Create Boost.space ( ---------- ) automations to:

Monitor Apify runs and retrieve dataset items

Push data into Notion

Detect “winner” videos via checkbox trigger

Extract full transcripts and process them with custom ChatGPT prompts

Convert AI output to HTML and store in Google Docs

Push summaries and links back into Notion for quick access

Customize and optimize prompts for AI-driven script generation

Requirements:

Experience with Boost.space or ---------- (Integromat)

Confident working with Notion databases and views

Skilled in Apify (or similar scraping tools)

Familiarity with Google Docs API and webhooks

Strong attention to detail and workflow logic

(Bonus) Experience with ChatGPT or Claude for script breakdowns
