Wordpress Website on Elementor Pro - Website Developer Needed

I'm seeking an experienced WordPress website developer to setup and make adjustments my website on Elementor Pro.

I have already built out most of the website pages using a template and will add the content myself at a later time. I need your help adjusting the plugins, setting up the navigation and formatting the website so that it looks good on mobile, tablet and desktop. There will be a total of 6 main pages I need your help with and also 7 additional pages but those 7 additional pages are going to be geo location child pages that are duplicates of a parent page. So you would just need to build out the parent page and duplicate the child pages
