Wordpress Web Designer // Web Developer Needed - Ongoing

We need a solid Wordpress web designer/web developer needed for ongoing work. Specifically, we have two projects that are working on and both have their own set of requirements. Ideally, we need someone with Wordpress experience but can be early in their career. We will provide guidance including project plans, timelines, estimated hours it should take to complete the specific project. Often times there will be a project within a project. This means you might only work on a small piece of the bigger project but you may also be tasked to complete the entire project.

Specifically, for the two projects we are looking for help on you must have experience with:

Wordpress (primarily design however some functionality will be required)
WooCommerce (product page design including layout, product options, general customization, etc.)
API Integration
SSL
Gravity Forms
Wordpress Plugin installation and setup

What we expect:
10-40 hours of availability from you
Reachable during our normal work hours (8am-7pm EST/UTC -5)
Stay within budget (hours and dollar amount)
Able to complete tasks and projects by deadline

Project One will require some custom functionality as it will be a directory of sorts but the homepage will require a design to accommodate the directory functionality. We will provide a live site that is similar to our requirements. The Project Two is an eCommerce store in Wordpress with, at most, 10 products. This project can use a prepurchased theme and doesn't require too much customization - just moving over content from the current site, implementing normal eCommerce requirements (SSL, payment options (Paypal, Stripe, etc.)).

We are open to hourly work but the hours charged must be well documented. We have developers on staff already that know how long a project or task should last. We must adhere to the hours outlined for each project.

We aren't hard to work with and we provide a lot of flexibility - we know stuff comes up. BUT we have to find someone that is reliable, consistent, knowledgeable, capable, and affordable. Please follow the directions above if you'd like to be considered.
