Wordpress Developer To Fix Problems With Custom Roles and Dates

This is a one-time job to fix 2 specific issues we are having with Wordpress.

We may need occasional technical assistance in the future (we have several websites) but this particular job posting is for this one job.

We will pay 5,000 PHP ($100USD) to complete the job successfully and resolve both of the issues. Prompt payment via Paypal upon completion of the job.

We recently bought a website and have inherited two problems from the previous owner.

Problem #1 Custom WP roles
The previous owner set up custom roles in Wordpress.
Only the "Administrator" role is able to access and modify posts so we have to set up editors as Admins (so they can modify other users posts) so this is a security concern. We want to remove the custom roles and revert to standard WP roles.

Problem #2
The "last updated date" not showing in google search results.
The WordPress post has a last updated date populated but it shows in google with the original published date.
We found a WP plugin and white paper to fix this but need help implementing it.
