Wordpress Designer/Developer Needed

I run a small web agency in the USA. I am looking for a reliable web developer who is very experienced with Wordpress. We mainly use Wordpress with BEAVER BUILDER to build and manage all our websites. Please tell me in your initial response what experience you have with Beaver Builder (or similar page builders like Elementor). Also give me a brief description of how you fit well with point #1 below.

You are great for this job if you:
1. Are VERY detail-oriented and client-centric (you consider the client's needs rather than just completing the task itself)
2. Can take a task and run with it (no hand holding needed)
3. Can manage multiple projects at one time
4. Willing to learn new things
5. Can work during the day in US Central Time zone (9-5pm US Central Time Zone)
6. Speak/write English fluently
7. Willing to use AI when appropriate to make things faster and more efficient.
