Wordpress Designer/Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Expert with strong experience in graphic design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing, visually stunning, and conversion-driven websites.

You should be comfortable handling both the technical and creative aspects of website development — from custom design work to advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and customize responsive WordPress websites using Elementor and other page builders.
- Design and create professional graphics, banners, and layouts to enhance site branding and conversion.
- Install, configure, and customize WordPress plugins to meet project requirements.
- Customize themes to create impressive websites
- Troubleshoot issues related to themes, plugins, and website performance.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement custom features using JavaScript, PHP, and CSS when needed.
- Continuously improve user experience and ensure websites are visually engaging and highly functional.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Skilled in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
- Proficiency with Elementor, WordPress themes, and plugins.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with website performance optimization (caching, CDNs, minification, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with marketing funnels and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience creating promotional videos would be a plus

Work Setup:
- Project based or part time
- Must be able to work during overlapping hours with U.S. business time
- Stable internet connection and reliable workstation required.
