Wordpress Coding Guru HTML/CSS/PHP

Hey there!
I need someone that can get into the guts of wordpress and do coding work for me. Examples will be slicing psd files into wordpress themes, custom plugins, general coding issues and so forth. This will be heavy on the programming side, not so much graphics or writing or anything else. The more you convince me that you are awesome at html/css/php the more I will consider you!
