WordPress/Elementor Website Rebuild (One-Time Project)

We need an experienced WordPress/Elementor developer to rebuild our website into WordPress. We are moving away from our current site at ---------- (built in GoHighLevel) to a new design. The new design to recreate is shown here: ---------- and must be built to match exactly — dark navy and gold color scheme, same layout, same sections.

What needs to be built:
Hero section with headline and CTA button
Features/icons row (4 icons with text)
Who We Are section with image and text
Upcoming Events section — static event cards (no plugin needed) that the site owner can easily duplicate and update themselves
Venues section with logos
Testimonials section

Email signup form in footer (WPForms)
Full footer with navigation and contact info

Requirements:
Strong Elementor experience — must be able to match an existing design pixel-for-pixel
Able to recreate the dark navy/gold color scheme and gold script typography exactly
Needs to be done no longer than 3 days
Event cards must be built so non-technical site owner can duplicate and edit them easily
WPForms installation and setup
WordPress site is hosted on WPX — login credentials provided upon hiring
Mobile responsive

This is a one-time project, not ongoing work.
