WordPress / WooCommerce Developer (Bricks Builder Expert)

About Us-
We are a fast-growing eCommerce company looking for a highly skilled, detail-oriented WordPress developer who can step in immediately and take ownership of our website. We offer a very large inventory with over 20,000 products. This requires very strategic page layouts and product filtering. We need a candidate that can jump in and handle our current issues with speed and extreme efficiency. We are working on a very tight timeline.

This position will be a tiered pay upon task completion. Phase 1 (pay out) - Phase 2 (pay out)

Our site is built on WordPress with WooCommerce and Bricks Builder. We need someone experienced, confident, and capable of solving complex issues quickly. This is not an entry-level role.
We are looking for a strong, all-around web professional who can handle both technical development and strategic marketing implementation.

Responsibilities-
Build new pages using Bricks Builder
Resolve WooCommerce product filtering issues
Fix website bugs and technical errors
Optimize site speed and overall performance
Perform ongoing website maintenance
Set up and optimize email marketing systems
Implement eCommerce marketing and sales strategies
Improve conversion rates
Manage and troubleshoot AWS hosting
Handle general website troubleshooting and optimization

Required Skills & Experience-
Strong expertise in WordPress
Advanced experience with WooCommerce
Advanced experience with Bricks Builder
Strong understanding of website speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, caching, etc.)
Experience with email marketing integrations
Solid understanding of eCommerce UX and conversion strategies
AWS hosting knowledge (server setup, troubleshooting, performance optimization)
Ability to debug and solve issues independently
Strong communication skills
Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines
Highly detail-oriented and organized

Trial Period-
There will be a short trial period.
Candidates will be asked to complete one of our current website issues as a paid test project to determine if it’s a good fit for both sides.
