JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Project Manager to join our team. You will be the key point of contact between our clients and developers, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This role requires strong technical knowledge in WordPress (plugins, Elementor, WooCommerce, custom features) combined with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage client projects from intake to delivery.

Review client needs and provide clear direction to developers.

Research, recommend, and plan which WordPress plugins or tools should be used (including cost/lifetime licensing).

Debug and troubleshoot existing websites, resolving plugin or theme conflicts.

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Maintain documentation for all projects and updates.

Communicate with the team daily, providing task breakdowns and progress updates.

Requirements

Strong experience with WordPress (Elementor, WooCommerce, and custom plugin setups).

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Project management experience with multiple clients and deadlines.

Ability to debug and fix complex WordPress issues.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Comfortable working EST hours (9AM–5PM).

Bonus Skills (Not required but preferred)

Familiarity with hosting, cPanel, and server setups.

Experience estimating costs for plugins or third-party tools.

Knowledge of CRM systems for tracking clients/projects.
