JOB OVERVIEW

We’re searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support a Project Manager. This role will primarily focus on assisting with website revisions, content updates, and other WordPress-related admin tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other active commitments.
• MUST have at least 6 months of experience as a virtual assistant or project support.
• MUST have exceptional proficiency in WordPress—know it like the back of your hand.
• MUST have own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and stable internet connection.
• MUST have own webcam and headset.
• Can work Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm U.S. time.

Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Demonstrates professionalism and clarity in both written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable updating websites, troubleshooting common WordPress issues, and using themes/plugins.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and follow instructions thoroughly.
