# WordPress + Elementor Designer Needed (Project Basis - 8+ Gigs/Month Guaranteed)

We're Growth Gremlins, a specialized web design business serving the car detailing industry. We provide WordPress Elementor templates and customization services to detailers across the country.

## The Role
We're looking for an experienced WordPress + Elementor designer to join our team on a project-by-project basis. You'll be working on client websites built from our template system.

**Work Volume:** Minimum 8 projects per month (guaranteed), with potential for more as we scale

## What You'll Be Doing

**Basic Projects (70%):**
- Customizing color schemes to match client branding
- Updating text content and copy
- Swapping images and graphics
- Basic layout adjustments within Elementor

**Advanced Projects (30%):**
- Custom section designs and layouts
- Advanced Elementor widget customization
- Responsive design refinements
- Integration of third-party tools/plugins
- Custom CSS when needed

## Requirements

**Must Have:**
- ? Proven WordPress experience (2+ years minimum)
- ? Strong Elementor expertise (not just basic - you should know it inside out)
- ? Solid portfolio showing WordPress/Elementor work (this is critical)
- ? Eye for design and attention to detail
- ? Fast turnaround capability
- ? Excellent communication skills
- ? Available to start IMMEDIATELY

**Bonus Points:**
- Experience with automotive/service industry websites
- Understanding of conversion-focused design
- Knowledge of local SEO best practices
- Familiarity with speed optimization

## Project Details
