**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We are looking for a **WordPress / Elementor specialist** to build service pages using a **predefined template system**.

All content, structure, and conversion flow are already created.

This role is focused on **execution and layout quality**, not redesign or content creation.

This project uses a structured system.

• page structure is already defined
• content must not be rewritten or modified
• layout must follow the provided template exactly
• no redesign or reinterpretation of sections

This is an **execution role**, not a creative direction role.

**ROLE OWNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION STYLE**

This role requires independent execution and clear communication.

You will:

• take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them without constant supervision
• follow instructions precisely and ask questions only when something is unclear
• communicate clearly and concisely in written form
• provide updates when tasks are started, completed, or blocked
• identify issues and propose simple solutions when appropriate

Communication expectations:

• structured, direct communication (not chatty or informal)
• minimal back-and-forth — focus on execution
• updates should be clear and actionable
• respect for deadlines and time estimates

This is a professional working relationship focused on efficiency, clarity, and consistent results.


**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

• build pages in Elementor using provided templates
• apply clean layout, spacing, and typography
• ensure strong visual hierarchy and readability
• implement content exactly as provided
• ensure mobile responsiveness across devices
• maintain consistency across all pages
• place images and visual elements correctly

**INITIAL PROJECT**

You will build and implement multiple service pages using our template system.

These pages are already written and structured. Your role is to execute them cleanly inside WordPress.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**

Applicants must demonstrate experience with:

• WordPress
• Elementor
• responsive layout design
• service-based website pages

Strong understanding of:

• spacing and visual hierarchy
• readability and structure
• mobile optimization
• executing structured layouts

**TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED**

• WordPress
• Elementor
• CSS (basic to intermediate)
• responsive design
• layout troubleshooting

**REQUIRED PORTFOLIO**

Please provide **3 examples of Elementor or WordPress pages you have built or improved.**

Include:

1. URL
2. What you implemented or improved
3. What the issue was before your changes
