WordPress Directory Setup Specialist (Project-Based)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a WordPress Directory Specialist for a project-based role supporting a chiropractic directory website built on the MyListing theme. We are looking for someone experienced in WordPress directory websites, listing migrations, and GoHighLevel integrations who can take ownership of the project and complete the remaining setup with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Import and transfer existing directory listings into the new directory platform.
Finalize the homepage, login page, and "Add Your Practice" submission page.
Set up submission notifications and user workflows.
Create and configure the thank you page for new listings.
Connect the directory website to GoHighLevel (GHL).
Build GHL automations and pipelines to receive and process new directory submissions.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience with WordPress directory websites.
Experience working with the MyListing theme.
Strong knowledge of listing imports and data migration.
Experience with GoHighLevel integrations, automations, and pipelines.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable internet connection with a backup plan.
