WordPress Developer (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

We’re looking for a talented WordPress Developer who can grow with us. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time based on performance.

What You’ll Work On

Building and maintaining WordPress + WooCommerce websites

Backend development: theme customization, plugin setup, optimization, troubleshooting

Custom coding tasks (PHP, CSS, JS) as needed

Creating graphics and marketing assets:

Logos

Product mockups

Website banners

Ad creatives

Website speed optimization and technical SEO best practices

Collaborating with the team for new site builds, landing pages, and automation integrations

Clear, fluent communication in English is required

What We’re Looking For

At least 3+ years of WordPress development experience

Strong understanding of WooCommerce and ecommerce fundamentals

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.)

Ability to follow SOPs, meet deadlines, and work independently

Strong English reading/writing skills

Portfolio demonstrating both development and design work

Work Schedule

Starts as part-time (20–25 hrs/week)

Can expand to full-time based on results

Flexible hours with some overlap for team communication

Compensation

For the Philippines, this combo role (WordPress Dev + WooCommerce + Design + Custom Coding) typically pays:

Part-Time Rate Range

$4.50 – $7.00 per hour
(depending on skill level, speed, and portfolio)

Full-Time Monthly Salary Range

$900 – $1,400 USD / month

Senior-level or very fast developers with strong design skills can push $1,500+, but the above range is competitive and attracts high-quality talent.
