WordPress Developer Needed — Business Website + 3 Interactive Tools (Fixed Project: $300)

We are a UAE business setup company and need an experienced WordPress developer to rebuild our existing website in WordPress. We already have a complete working demo and full specifications — you are reproducing a finished design, not designing from scratch.

This is the exact site we want rebuilt in WordPress, matching the design and layout closely.
The three interactive tools (most important part of this job):

Cost Calculator — sliders for business licence type, number of employee visas, number of family visas, and office type. It calculates a live total in AED (with GBP/USD shown too). The visa pricing is "stepped" (each visa can be a different price depending on the licence chosen), and the office option must lock/unlock depending on the licence selected. The result must carry through to a quote/contact form (this dynamic carry-through is essential).
Free Zone Matcher — a short 5-question quiz that scores answers and recommends the best-fit free zone from a set list, with reasons.
Visa Eligibility Checker — a 5-question quiz that routes the user to the right visa type based on their answers.

We will provide complete written specifications with all the pricing, formulas and logic, plus working example code for the tools — so the logic is already worked out for you.
Requirements:

Strong WordPress experience (custom functionality, not just themes/page-builders)
Comfortable with JavaScript for interactive calculators and quiz logic
Able to embed/build dynamic tools and connect a form to an external CRM (GoHighLevel) via webhook
Able to make prices easily editable by us later (config section, no hard-coding)
Mobile-responsive, clean build
Good written English and clear communication
