Develop websites quickly from provided templates, but also create custom mockups in Figma when needed.
Implement on-page SEO fundamentals (title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, schema, alt text, etc.).
Ensure technical SEO is baked into builds (site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, indexation, clean code, etc.).
Troubleshoot website issues (plugins, themes, hosting environments).
Collaborate with the marketing team to align builds with overall digital strategy.
Keep up to date with WordPress/Elementor updates and SEO best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience with WordPress & Elementor (please provide portfolio examples).
Solid understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO.
Ability to create mockups/designs in Figma (or similar).

Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple projects.
Good written and spoken English for clear communication.
Nice to Have (but not required):
Experience with WooCommerce.
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager & GA4.
CSS/JS custom coding skills for advanced Elementor modifications.
What We Offer
Full-time, long-term role (40 hours/week).
Flexible working hours with task-based accountability.
Competitive salary (based on experience & skill level).

Supportive team environment where your work makes an immediate impact.
