WordPress Developer

I am looking for a developer that is more on the PHP/HTML/CSS/JS side of wordpress.

I am not looking for someone that can use WordPress and install plugins and edit pages.

I have 4 themes that are live on the WordPress theme repo and the needs some dependency upgrades.
